Had a dream last night, Essendon won back to back flags 12/13 and JD won the Norm Smith in the second year. Omen perhaps? You be the judge.

Of course if you are superstitious, you may be interested to note that my local team also made the grand final both of these two years. The second year only just scraping through the preliminary final with a controversial goal at the death, arising from the opposition team's trainer (who was an elephant with 1 prosthetic limb) giving away 4 consecutive 50m penalties after going on a rampage and knocking out 4 of my team's players with some of the fiercest hip and shoulders witnessed on the footy field.
 
Well the exact years didn't come up, I just assumed 12/13 cos Fletcher was still playing. 13/14 is still plausible I guess, but I think that's starting to get a little far fetched ;)

back to back 12-13 aint no good to us. 13-14 is better :-)
