Id say to get 19 posses he wouldve played the entire game but dont think we will find out TOG.

Sloane, Vince, Danger, Wright all only played a half from what it said. ST, Jacobs didnt play at all so he wouldve played a bit i reckon

Macaffer isn't a rookie
Rowe is my 4th ruck, to be used as DPP with Cox.
Crouch well everyone is picking him and got 19 touches in todays practise match vs Fremantle.
Mitchell is a stop gap pick, well until I finalise that spot. I wont be picking him.
Neade most definately wont play round 1? He was all the rage in the NAB Cup match, odds are he will if he keeps playing like that.
Currie is picked by alot also and I feel is 2nd in line for the main ruck spot at Kangaroos.
Docherty is also picked by alot of people on here and is 1 of a few Lions players who is an option to fill the game down back.
Lee is 50/50 to staying my lineup, will have to show something before round 1, may change it, but stays there for now.

I notice everyone is dropping Buddy Franklin from their side? I heard its due to him having a tough draw and people might upgrade to him later - is this correct or are there other factors?

Some people will knock the Watts choice, but it's inspired imo. He's the go to man in the back half and in the same role before injury last year he averaged 88 from 6 games. The players will be trying to get the ball in his hands at every opportunity.

He's priced at 70, but in his 5th year I reckon he'll average 85+.

WOuldn't touch mumford with a 10 foot pole

1) Injury and suspension (some what mitigated by new rules)
2) Emergence of Pyke

The second point is probably the most pertinent point. The sydney coaches now have the faith and confidence that Pyke can play 50 % as a ruckmen. Also when mumford was asked to play 60-70 % as a pure ruckmen, he would breakdown (knee and back) becuase it wasn't sustainable due to the style of ruckmen thae he is.

I think mummy and pyke will play 50/50 ruck time and spend another 30% gametime each in the forward line. That tactic will be good for the longevity of mumford.

Too many midfield midpricers. If I was you I'd downgrade one of Bennell, Cunnington and Swallow (probably Bennell, I can see him copping a lot more attention this year) to a rookie and use the money to upgrade one of the other ones. Then you can use any leftover cash to upgrade one of the players you're not sure about.
