I have a heap of players out in round 13 but not many in 11/12 so what is the best idea trade out round 13 bye players to players who have already had there bye?

Also don't forget that you can make 3 trades in the multi-bye rounds. This is from the Supercoach rules:

"You can make unlimited trades on entry, then 2 per round (and 3 in multi-bye rounds 11, 12 and 13), up to a maximum of 30 for the Season"

My Bye strategy involves 3 trades per week over 3 weeks. In that time I will make 7 premo upgrades & 2 downgrades to ensure I have 18 premo's on the ground for every bye round. I will try and minimise sideways trading so I end up with a full team of premo's by Rd14 with at least 1 premo on the bench hopefully 2. This will leave me with only 5 trades as of Rd14 but It's time to put caution to the wind and make my run.

Everything works as normal. The only differences are only your best 18 scores on the field count, you get three trades, and if your captain is not one of your best 18 scores on the field you get no captain boost.

The rolling lockout does work, and the players in the bye teams are locked in last.

Looking at aggressive trading to maintain my overall ranking. Possibly going with Wines > Mitchell, Evans > Harvey and possibly one more mid price to a down on form premium.

that's with a stevenson to tom mitchell trade via dp trade i've just done.

Will leave it at that for the moment and bank the 210k, i know stevenson isn't going anywhere but I needed to move goddard back to cover.

Next week looking at Rowe out for hrovat and Dwyer up to Dustin martin.

What i'm really trying say is i don't want to waste 1 of my 13 remaining trades...

Correct - you've got one donut currently. The benefit for aach player you can get on the field is that the worst score(s) now won't count for you.

Hope Thurlow and Hutchings play everyone else should be safe choices.

Yeah ya better off coping a donut this week upgrading a bye rookie next week (Terlich, Evans) to a prem that's got this week off. So u'll come out square...ish and maximize ya options for the next 2 weeks.

So i'm going to put the (VC) on Ablett.
If i want his score, I will put the (C) on Viney
Now do I put Swan on the bench and give him the (E)? or do I have Swan playing, with no (E) selected?

quick question: can you put the (C) on a player who is having his bye? or does it need to be a player whose team is playing, but he is not, ie. Viney, Currie

To be safe, put it on a player who does not have his bye but is not playing.
Supercoach might not take into account the players having byes so yeah, just a thought.
