I'm afraid with Lonergan, Martin, Swallow and others presumably getting more midfield time that Ablett's scores could be affected. His average dropped 9 points in 2013 even though he had an incredible year. I just don't think he can play much better or get that average up there again. Swan on the other hand I can see getting up in the 120+ range again. Not touching SJ because of his suspensions and injuries.

Or you could argue that Swan has issues with his wrist. And that he really doesn't care about football as much as most other players- now that Collingwood are less of a flag threat he might taper off even more.

Are there any Richmond supporters on here? What's the go with Cotchin? Had a 110 average last year but slipped down to 94 this year. Is there a a reason for this? Is there a chance of him getting back to the 110 average?

He is super cheap for what he is capable of.

Swan said his had issues with his wrist for a few years now which made things like tackling harder. Looking at his stats the season before he supposedly hurt his wrist and his tackles numbers were the highest they've been so if his wrist returns to 100% you could argue his tackling numbers could rise.

And the second part you said, if he doesn't care about footy as much as the other guys then he probably doesn't care how well/poor Collingwood are going and will go out their to do what he does best.

Can you downgrade anywhere else? There's a few decent 115k options in the rucks (Currie, Lowden, Thurlow) and forward line (Kersten, Markworth, Thurlow again). Schade, Battersby and Steinberg at 115k in the backline are also no worse than the rest of a bad bunch of defender rookies.

If you must get a mid, a few reasonable ideas would be Mitch Hallahan, Ben Ross, Dom Barry, Isaac Conway or Josh Cowan. But there's so many good 135k mids that you're probably better off conserving cash elsewhere.

NOTE: Some of these guys won't be listed at 115k on Fanfooty yet, but according to the list of player prices posted elsewhere on this forum they are 115k.

Thanks for the input, you make some good points. I've swapped Giles out for J. Kolodjsrjydsrh and Nic Nait out for McEvoy to free up some cash to bump my M10 up to 135k. Thanks again!

Once you adjust for the game that he was playing on Mark Austin it averages out at about 50 points.

Jack Steven, Ryan Bastinac and Dion Prestia should be added. I'm tipping it now, Bastinac to have a break out as north surge. Priced at $390,000 as well. He will be for sure starting in my team!!

Very good call on Bastinac. Adding NDS to the side will help him too.

Daisy tipped to be in full training by the end of the month, possibly playing round 1 (Herald Sun)
