Seeing Richmond getting smashed like this, poses a conundrum:

Was it better for us - for our frame of mind heading into 2015 - to miss the finals, and avoid playing Port in this game?

Or is it never ever good to miss the finals, even if a fast exit and hammering awaited us in the first week?

Interesting question VP, given the amount of injuries and inconsistent form in the second half of the year I think we are probably better off missing out this year. I know playing finals is exciting but I would hate to be the team that is just making up the numbers and make an embarrassing exit. Now if we had close to our full list available like we did in April and playing like we were, well then .......
