Just heard Tomlinson has been given dual position B/F status for next season. Based on 2014 rankings he just became my best defender. Which probably says more about how much trouble my defense is in than anything else

Thought it was interesting as well that some players didn't get C status added. Jack Martin I thought for sure would've been dual position C/F.. but he's just a F this season. Caddy not getting F status (but GHS getting it) doesn't make that much sense either IMO.

You forgot Buckley and Ramsay Ramsay should get more games but I'm not expecting much. Buckley though, based on training reports, I think I might've picked up a bargain. A lot needs to go right still but might end up very relevant still.

Odd as well that they can see fit to give Weller F status but guys like Petracca they leave as full time mids. Would've had Weller pegged as a top 10 pick already, getting F status will make it interesting to see where he goes!

Some look at this trade and will think i am losing. However i have a plethoria of mids and still believe i have one of the strongest midfields. Coniglio and greenwood were going to fill my last utility spot or sit on the bench.

I have a few targets that i think i can net with these selections that will prove to be as good if not better than coniglio/greenwood. Wood is probably my biggest worry out of this deal

Pretty happy with this trade. Happy to hand off Thompson as he is 32 this season and has no place in my plans for my side going forward but may still be able to give Drew something for a few seasons. Extremely excited to gain the likes of Mason Wood, I think he is a very exciting prospect and I am hoping that he will play a big part in my side over the next few seasons.

Everything is up to date with the recent trades. Please check your lists and make sure everything is in order.

Also make sure that you get your delistings done if you want to use your draft picks. Junk, Dragons and Back to Back all have picks in the first 50 that, at this point in time, aren't going to be used. Not saying they need to be used, just making sure people are aware of their list position.

Team LWP and The Bulldogs are also over the cap of 45 players and will need to delist some players (or make some trades to clear space) before the draft.

Rockford was very excited about the prospect of being what he believes to be the first 3-way trade in our leagues history. I am not sure if it is the first, but anyway..

The last deal that Drew23 and Tutty completed was originally meant to be a 3-way trade involving myself, but even though i was heavily involved in the negotiations of that trade, in the end it didn't pan out that way

Rather than try and do a deal alone with Tutty, I decided it was best to try and involve another party, given the reaction to our last trade and the fact that we are brothers. I think in the future I would always look to involve a third party in our trades for the sake of integrity and transparency.
