start of the year, a lot of the draft watchers on Bound for Glory and BF were saying Lim has to really work on his kicking
and now he has a stunning kick....hm

Have we worked out what time it is on? I have a few meetings that morning and would like to block out the time to check out the draft tracker.

you'd be very disappointed then if we took Goodes and Greenwood then

and
From 11am AEDT, all 18 clubs will lodge their selections electronically from their home state or club base, with the League’s football operations department to run the drafts from the AFL offices.

I won't be disappointed, I'll be ****ing livid!

Sweet 10am local, thanks Dav1d

There's maybe 5-6 of that thirty that I would even consider. Think there's a few that weren't mentioned though that would fit though.

I think someone mentioned on here that they like Markov? Sounds like he's a real speedster, what is his disposal and attack on the ball like?

From what I understand he is fairly inconsistent sounds more athlete than footballer but don't quote me on it haven't seen much I guess few have considering that he has broke his collar bone twice

I would love a combination that would include Hartley & Bampton/Evans

even if the third player was Goodes, should at least be bringing in two fresh faces

I appreciate you are probably being diplomatic but he will add nothing to our list and I would see it as a charity pick up for a good bloke. He was terrible in his afl appearances in 2014.

Better off taking a punt on nearly the entire untried rookie pool and try get the next dal/boyd/moz/picko

I must be going nuts, I could have sworn Beasley was picked up in the draft. I really like the look of him. I know people will say we have a lot of 'undersized' key defenders but he looks to be quality and I could genuinely see him taking over from Morris. If Cordy grows another few centimetres to genuine KPD height and is able to bulk up. Talia, Cordy and Beasley would be a solid trio, with Rough taking the resting Ruckman.

LOL, I see about 3-4 different heights for him
the tallest been 192cm

'A very aggressive tall defender with excellent closing speed, he had the better of expected No.1 pick Tom Boyd early in the season and thrives on one-on-one battles.' I like that from last year

Yeah I think he would be a good pickup, can never have enough quality defenders. Particularly if, as we expect, Bev will look to improve team defence.

I also like the look of Tom Templeton. Quick and deadly left foot.

Bev said he would also like players in the backline that could use the ball well, lucky for Zaine he is a pretty good user for a tall

doesn't look a bad size right now, going by the recent video the WB put up

I haven't seen Tom Templeton, where is he from?

North Ballarat.

"An extremely fast and agile midfielder, Templeton is the type of player who can turn games off his own left boot. He worked hard last year and through the pre-season to get himself fit and it paid off, with the youngster playing 19 games for North Ballarat, averaging nearly 18 possessions a game and finishing seventh at the club's best and fairest. He just needs to find consistency in his game to take himself to the next level."

He has a great burst of pace to break away from packs and then excellent skills on his left (right foot could use work).

it's not a bad idea to have a bit of maturity on the list. We have lost a lot. Aside from Matty Boyd, Picken, Murph, Minson, Morris perhaps Wood we are light on for hardened bodies and mature heads. Very very young list and if you have seen anything of the latest young fellas who all look about 12 then there will be little relief there.

All for giving our kids experience, exposure and responsibility but not at the expense of there long term careers. I would like to see one mature age mid on the rookie list and Goodes is extremely capable and can play multiple roles. I know he's not the future, but it's not what he's on the list for and never has been.

Zaine is not a lot, if at all shorter than Hamling. Standing alongside each other they look the same to me.
