footynerd.com doesn't appear to have been updated yet. I just tried it with my 2014 team and last years bye rounds came up.

The dude said on twitter recently that he'd try and get to it soon. Otherwise dtlive.com does a decent job in the time being, at the cost of copying over your team and edits.

If you have somewhere to put it, you could edit a copy of http://footynerd.com/js/fnerd-bookmarklet.js and adjust the bookmarklet to reference your copy.

Edit: looking at it again, you'd have to make and host new versions of the overlay images too. Meh, I can wait.

I've noticed there isn't really a thread for bye structures. Just a quick question to see how people are approaching it?
ATM my players missing through byes is: 8/8/14 - With the idea that I will bulk trade my round 10 rookies up to 8/9 premo's if i can.
DO you think this is a good strategy?

I've got 8/10/12 ATM

Plan is after round 8 is complete trade out 2 round 9 players for round 8 players. So it then would be 10/8/12

Then do the same in round 10. So I end up with less then 10 outs per bye week.

I theory, yes. In practice, probably not. You'll be missing out on a lot of points & cash having only 8 rd8 players. (curious to see your team)

I know it's important to get a balance of bye players in your team for rd 1,

But, who maintains this team right through to the first bye anyway?

Picking the best team you can is no. 1, keep an eye out on byes as the get closer,

IMO

Of those, rookies are 2/4/8 so I'll look to upgrade around Bye rounds.

Havent done the calculations yet as my team is changing 3 times a day so far. LOL!

Should have an even spread though through the bye rounds as I am sub conciously keeping this in mind while changing my team around.

When I change my team on SC I update DTLIVE straight away so bye's are easy to view

Not really. Just means I need to use 6 trades in the first two weeks to move Round 10 players to Round 8/9.
