If this is indeed the case, all this talk of of an anti North conspiracy appears a bit unfounded - the AFL giving us a free hit by putting us up against a VFL team in round one.

Seriously * in round 1 words be the second best result possible behind Carlton.

If we are for real we won't lose to them. They don't have the weapons to beat us if we play well.

Brisbane round 2 is also a pretty good result.

Absolutely not. This is the sort of game we lose each year, but next year HAS to be different. We have to come out in round 1 like there's no tomorrow, breathe fire, tackle hard, and beat those campaigners. Then we'll be in the 8 and will hopefully not look back.
