Draft Review 2017 - Revisit the 2017 AFL draft

For me it would be very hard to split Taylor, TDK, Richards, Xerri and LDU going forward if I were to pick 1. Daniels, Moore, Miers, Bailey etc arguably just as good but the key pillars are always valued more to teams.

Moore, Daniels, Miers are probably the 3 best half forwards in the league at the moment and they all came out of this draft with later picks.

Absolutely deserve to be mentioned in the top rung.

I have Bailey slightly behind these 3.

It's a crazy good draft for unique positional players like half forwards, key backs, rucks, dynamic mids etc

Yep, it seems like he has been running a year behind Dylan Moore from my team regarding recognition.

I remember mentioning him a few years back in the AA threads when people started to getting their heads around Moore as a genuine option.

Jack Buckley another one was he this draft? Seems to have been in the shadow of Sam Taylor people have overlooked how good of a defender he actually is.
