He's got longer breathing down his neck.
Any quiet games and he'll be straight into the VFL.
Likewise longer if/when he gets a shot.

My POD for the year. He could become WHE and Swallow becomes Josh Kelly - undecided. FWIW I think Hogan will breakout this year. Having Lewis kicking it to him will help as well as Oliver and Petracca coming on. Usually stay away from key forwards but he is super fit atm and leading all over the place.

Just changed Gawn to Martin. I think Martin has more upside and the extra 150k has allowed me to upgrade a rookie to a much more fancied mid-pricer. I think even if Spencer plays Gawn will still score well but I'd rather take the risk on a ruck that i think will only appreciate in value while Gawn will most likely be cheaper at some stage. I'm keeping Witts as my 3rd ruck to cover Sandi and to make some cash. That means Strnadica is my F8 which is good for loophole purposes and will most likely move to R3 later in the season.

I have enough trouble picking midfield/HF/HB PODS, let alone picking the breakout of a KPF - best of luck with it, ballsy call.
But I love it when someone backs their gut on here.

There's only room for one beard in Melbroune. Move over Spencer.
The interesting thing is whether those Dees plan to use the two rucks approach to give rest/protect Gawn or if they think they can use him in the forward line. Unsure if Gawn can readily play any other position on the ground.
