Well call me a fanstasy sIut but ive just made an afl dream team for the first time since high school. Im still not sure how i feel about this and i must say after being on there for 20 minutes i miss the SC set up already, not too mention how dog sh1t the player pricing is on there.

I've never played the other fantasy before, but signed up for it the other, mainly because I wanted to pick a bunch of players like Whitfield who will get DPP after 6 weeks.
Other than that it seems pretty shit.

on thursday night, it's a partial lock out yeah? so all the carlton & richmond players will be locked in, but we'll still have unlimited trades as each game starts on the weekend up until the last game on sunday? i think that's how round 1 went last year (although i tried to erase that from my memory), could someone please confirm that is the case for this year?

Yes that is correct.
Unlimited trades can be used on all players that have not yet played. So you can still make free trades right up until the start of the final match
