Hey guys, just wondering where Barlow is at? I was wanting to take him in SC as earlier in the pre season it sounded like he was tracking along well coming back from the broken leg?

Will have to see how Weller goes in our system.

Some here are skeptical but I have picked up Brodie. I feel he will produce in Dew's contested system.

Love his voice and his overly long winded opinions even if I don't agree with them all. But just needs to know when to not bait/retaliate other posters when they don't agree with him. 17er is going to be a good poster here, just needs to learn not to be a button pusher.

We have had it in the past where people just have not learned and gone the way of the dodo (Tigernova anyone)

But we have had posters here that have had shaky starts and struggled to find their feet, but are now in the top couple of posters here ( @Mr_Bods mind if I use you as an example :p ) I hope 17er chooses the right path!

And for the record, what his ban was for this time was relatively trivial (was only a regular infraction) it pushed him over the threshold and took him to a 2 week holiday. He will be welcomed back by everyone, a better poster i'm sure!

Has to be one of the best Mods in the business... 17er would almost want to shake your hand after banning him, when reading that post..

who was the one before tigernova (who I actually loved btw)? something like 'ball' or 'court'? real real angry type.
 
I can do angry, if required.
Or more factually based, I can do Stroppy.

On the footy, first time in several years I have no expectations for Round 1 for the Suns.
I have hope but not expecting anything.
Feels weird, but logical given where we have been the last 3 years and that we have the youngest list in the comp.

I feel the same. literally no expectations. hope we win but prepared for more misery.

To clarify, do match review committee consider baiting and character assessment within the spirit of the game and players get free ride for it?

I thought we agreed never to mention his name again? :P

I think most of us can be rather hot headed at times (I'll be the first one to admit that) but end of the day we all support the same side so we all should get along, Doesn't mean we have to agree all the time either.

Not quite sure what the point of the post was, Maybe I just wanted to heart myself talk?

I agree I feel like we are a sleeping giant ( no pun intended) and we are going to take a massive leap this year. Will we be top 8, probably not but I think we will be knocking on the door

Don’t mind being used as an example at all SUNS, when I first joined I had great intentions but was surprised by the amount of hostlity actually, I’m not sure we as a community are very good with newcomers.
I sort of wish I hadn’t shared I was from more of an NRL background too because it then got used against me.
Anyway I told people that I wouldn’t be going anywhere and here I am.
And here i will remain.

I wouldn't blame the board or your NRL background... you were just a bit of a tool.. but you've improved... 17er on the other hand..

The worst was the one that just supported whoever had the most Tasmanian players. Went from us to St Kilda very quickly.
