Bolded is my pointSure, if she had issues with him personally that is a valid reason for feeling uncomfortable around him.
I feel that asking things like 'why not wait' though or saying that it is manners to wait implies that the act of simply using an available toilet when you need to go is wrong.
If it is just Kochie that made her uncomfortable would she have been fine for any other man to come in to pee?

Draw whatever conclusion you like but we have all worked where there are your slimey creepy men ( talking from a woman's perspective ) . I take from this instance where there were no ladies toilets open, Sam asked where she should go - was told "use the men's " and he promptly followed her in.
Personally not a fan of glimpsing the member of any men I worked with over the years ....
