These 3 favs look clear cut here today

Cats win whether danger does or doesn’t play IMO, there defense will have a field day sitting in front of Brown all day

Giants are way too classy for hawks and this most clear cut game IMO

Freo at home should be winning this with Richmond’s injuries and lack of tall defenders

Watch them go 0/3

Kelly/Davis in for GWS, seems odd money is coming for the hawks. Maybe first game at the MCG? Petty reason to put money on the hawks.
got opened up by a dees side who cant hit the scoreboard

i think this game is clear cut

more concerned about north turning up against geelong

North U72.5 @ $1.95 on Bet365 is significant value I believe.

Geelongs scores against this year- 90, 79, 75, 65, 54, 46, 46. Defended this 4/7 times this year, the 3 misses were v Adelaide, GWS and Hawthorn.

Norths scores for this year - 120, 87, 72, 71, 71, 59, 58. Failed to clear this line 5/7 times.

Brown has a terrible record v Geelong, with a career record of 5 goals in 6 games (only his record v Collingwood goes close). He's in his worst goalshooting form too, which may make a 3 goal performance in prior years become a 2 goal etc.

Our options outside of him include Ziebell (spending more time in the midfield in recent weeks), Wood (terribly unreliable, 2.7 this year) and a bunch of kids in Larkey, Simpkin, Turner, Zurhaar. Garner too but is only his 2nd week back after a long injury lay off.

I don't see where the goals come from when Blicavs and Stewart would be named in a lot of rolling AAs, their next tier of defenders are similarly rarely beaten (Kolo, Tuohy), they've got the better midfield, and their pressure forwards will cause our defenders to turn it over.

A 90-60 type score seems very likely today. Can't imagine Geelong risk any of their niggled players but they should have the ability to cover any such niggles.

You want easy money, just put a heap of same-game multis on Geelong's forwards/mids to kick 2+ goals.

North's defence was already woeful even with Williams and Thompson playing. Now it is at basketcase level.

Miers, Kelly, Dangerfield, load up.

Historically GWS are horrible at the MCG. Additionally Roughy has been dropped so Hawks have been put on notice - they've been average for multiple games so a bounce back to form is inevitable at some stage.

Seems a yucky matchup for Hawks though. JOM tagged by de Boer and Isaac Smith a late out - he'll be missed on the MCG. Hawks midfield likely to be 2nd best at the contest. Line is shortening to -6.5 now despite Smith being out.

0.5u Williams 30+, Worpel 25+, Shiels 25+, Taranto 25+, Kelly 25+ $22 (SB)

Will probably play GWS closer to start time to try get some better odds
