Things are gonna move quick next year, so we might as well ask for concessions now, but there are 9 top shelf talents there, 21 years old and under.

Although I love your optimism and there will be some natural improvement, after losing 15 straight now is the time to ask for concessions before we become a semi competitive team.

Getting a PP in this year's draft could mean netting a potential champion player in Anderson and mean keeping both him and a potential elite player in Rowell at the club long term.

If anyone wants to get excited by th we we prospects and see some awesome extensive highlights of both Rowell and Anderson download the NAB league app and go to the highlights button and look them up by name. They cut up 8-10mins of highlights of every possession these guys have for every round they play.

Rowell would walk in and comfortably play strong midfield minutes and average 20+ disposals a game. His endurance and work rate make him a sure thing, think Sam Walsh. Rowell is more a powerful athlete, more explosive but not as big as a ball winner as Walsh as he is more inside

A few of us were down in the rooms after the game and had a chat to Mark Evans.

He indicated to us that Eddie Betts does want to play for us next year it’s just about how we can make it happen and what we will need to give up as he is contracted with Adelaide next year, it is expected to be done though.

He also indicated that Hugh Greenwood and Brandon Ellis are likely to come to us during the trade period.

Also Sam Powell-Pepper’s manager has been reaching out to us directly about the potential of Sam playing for us next year this one is less likely but could happen.

Also likely that Jarryd Roughead will join us next year under a coaching role.
