Fair play to Geelong (my bitter, if not irrational dislike for Dangerfield aside) they have Richmond on the rack here.
Vlaustin has been a pretty significant loss for Richmond I reckon. Quality and underrated player.
Controversial take, but if Geelong win the game and Dangerfield is BOG, He should be disqualified to win the Norm Smith Medal. No doubt he will get weeks for his elbow on Vlaustin, and I believe he should be discounted from the prestigious Norm Smith Medal under the circumstances.
This applies to any player in future who does a reportable and suspension worthy offense in the Grand Final.
