If you think Saad a 27 year old HBF is worth pick 8 then here’s some magic beans for your house. I’m sure you’ll think that’s also a fair trade.
I didn’t want to answer it so I’d give you a chance to at least give me context as to why Saad is worth pick 8 by understanding what you rated the other players mentioned.
I’m assuming Dunkley 2 top 10 picks and a 2nd rounder Cameron 3 top 15 picks minimum and Caldwell a top 10 pick if you think Saad is worth pick 8. Otherwise you overrate Saad.

In the world of precedent and player ratings he’s worth the same if not more than Brad Hill last year. The afl have created this mess, picks are undervalued, clubs have too many restrictions.

Seems like overs to me as well. Happy to pick him up if it costs us nothing though ie 4th rounder or a free agent or something along those lines.

Agree, must admit I was little perturbed by our apparent lack of movement and attraction to other players early doors but love the strategy we are now taking. We are being VERY strategic on who we bring in and on what terms (if it ain't ours we ain't interested e.g Phillips on a 5 year deal is not happening and I agree)

With JK as president, AC as coach and GW as Operations manager, I have total trust in the club to make the best decision possible in order to win our next flag. Its good seeing the lesser clubs pay ridiculous wages and inflated contracts for players only going there for coin - Hill & Crouch to saints, Williams to Carlton etc. Go Hawks!
