I think its by the league manager who can under the draft tab > allocate keeper teams. That will need to be done to finalise the league

To be fair to the new guys the rule really should be updated and the post quoted so they can see it. Otherwise they will think we just make it up as we go along.

Surely someone could use some forward depth? Keen to move on Mihocek, Finlayson and J Cripps, they are of no use to me moving ahead. No reasonable offer refused pick/s (Future or current) and/or players
