Such a slow day on the track today.
Maybe some match sim tomorrow then.
No more than 15 players on the track having some pot shots at goal and then a circle of trust' was formed with a lot of instruction and little else.
Betts took over at one stage and the hands were going all over the place like a traffic cop. That's it.
McKay was out there in the group, but along with others, did very little.
Cuningham looks to have a cold. How's that for a headline?
Given the limitations of a low intensity session, what sort of things was McKay up to? Running intensity? Long kicking? Agility work?
To get a rough idea whether I should probably cancel him from round 1 thoughts.






"Goddess"
The blues signed him (and Cottrell) on the 7th of Feb, 3 weeks before the first JLT game (the deadline was the 15th of March) because they had to in order have him play JLT.
