Longmuir is the greatest pretend senior coach I've ever seen.

There is absolutely no structure to how freo play beyond flood back, flood forward.

Darcy was limping through. Walters very sore forced to run end to end. One moment on the HBF. Next on the wing. Then in the forward line and rhey wonder why he's so mentally and physically shot he's missing them from 10m out.

They would be better off with Cuddles Connolly, at least he showed some passion.

They were talking him up and the upward trend on On The Couch. Freo should be 6th if we work off the “expected scores” ladder. He’s some coach, they’re riddled with injuries and have a disjointed list.

I really don't get the list management. Are they rebuilding or contending? It's like being half pregnant at the moment

Tactically what has he done at freo thats been good?

There's no structure to how they play.

He's developing the young Freo mids like Brayshaw, Serong and Cerra and leaving Fyfe forward which would be a good move if Fyfe could kick straight.

Fyfe should be more on ball but his shoulder is an issue which is why they are keeping him more forward.

Taberner and Lobb injured hurts their structure and Walters has been a massive letdown for them this year.

I think he's doing a decent job but he hasn't had much luck with injuries and the fact he's coaching Freo.

They were 6th or 7th before the Geelong thrashing- not sure how but they were, so they must have done something right. Looks like they are getting carried by 5/6 good players.

Agree… don't think the Lions looked much chop last week, Richmond likely enough to get it done. @$3.20 - worth a nibble.
