What gives you any confidence that WCE are competitive? Lions just poured on 110+ against Sydney and have already beaten North at home by 100+ this year. They love putting teams away and the Gabba is a high scoring venue.

Eagles have pretty much given up at this point. There is nothing to suggest a turn around. Their list is even more depleted than last week.

Absolute bloodbath coming IMO. Only thing that would stop it is some severe weather.

The thing with AFL is , its generally very difficult to win 4 quarters of football in a game.

There is generally a letdown spot somewhere during a game.

I reckon this West Coast team has no fight left in them though . Even if West Coast win 1 quarter or break even in one on Saturday, Brisbane could easily win a quarter by 5 goals+ or so to make up for it.

Corbin Middlemas who commentates alot of games in WA from memory, I think is of the view West Coast can't cover that line. And the 65.5 is too light a line for Brisbane backers.

He played 72% game time last week and part of me thinks he may have been earmarked for more midfield minutes this week.

Think the value in this one lies here. Collingwood into this one with back-to-back 6 day turn arounds, and still lacking some quality big men around the ground. They’ve also had a bunch of players with the flu this week with some players touch and go as to whether they’ll play, if they do get up fitness isn’t going to be up to scratch. The Tigers look to be gaining momentum with a few guys looking settled back in familiar roles. Tigers into this one with a 8 day break and off a super soft match vs the Eagles meaning the players should have plenty to give. Dusty being confirmed back is huge news and is blowing the line out. Eagles have COVID form in the last 2 years of absolutely rolling over.

Got rolled by the Suns by 7+ goals in 2020, smashed by 90+ margins in Sydney and at the shit hole in Geelong, 6+ goal losses to Pies in Victoria and at the GABBA vs Lions.

That too with far superior teams.
