I very highly doubt it as well, nor do I think we need any instability right now.

I hope it's true, I just don't think he's got the right game plan, standards, systems or up to date ideas. I wouldn't mind a Lenny with Ross Lyon as his mentor/coaching director/coaches box assistant and maybe a Yze type who has some more modern ideas. Otherwise Yze with Lenny as his assistant.

Wow! Can’t help but feel sad to see him go, really bought into him as a coach and person, and the players seemed to love him. Really rate him.

That being said, no doubt our coaching and strategy needs a change up so if this is what the review has found so be it. Will have to pay him out though, again, not a great look on us after signing him half way through the season, but that’s footy.

I actually didn't see that coming.

As much as I believe he is a great person and the players loved him, he just doesn't articulate himself very well and has no real game plan / plan B on game day.
