Jack Darling is expected to return. Might just be in time for round 1. This isn't good for Dixon.

West Coast might not have a team by Sunday week.

This is a bugger, probably means another rookie comes in though? Hough maybe?

A good reason why I'm looking at re-jigging my team to avoid WC and Freo players. Most of the other teams have already been significantly impacted by Rona, meaning less chance of massive issues during the season. WC and Freo haven't been impacted yet.

Do we need to loose a few more players until youre happy kent?

Very good point

It's a bit funny because you and Maybe Tomorrow both give us some info on "your" teams that we non-supporters don't know. So by having to select a team does that make you look more closely at Hawks than other teams?
Can't speak for pincrusher but I think you get drawn into it unintentionally. I picked the Suns as they had just won the spoon, no other reason. But kents talk to you like you're a supporter and you think "**** it, I'll just find out" rather than explain for the 10th time you're not really a fan.

Then you get interested and start following bit more closely and so it goes. AFL is still 95% SC for me though, I wouldn't watch it if I didn't play.

I have to admit after supporting Man Utd for 30 odd years it's an interesting experience following a bottom team in a strange sporting culture like AFL. They have grown on me, but it doesn't spoil my weekend if they lose. But then not many sporting results effect me these days (I think it's a product of having kids, it changes your perspective on life, as I'm sure many of you know). That CWC final in 2019 was a real kick in the nuts though.

TLDR

So why do you barrack for the Suns?

I've got all my teeth, so that ruled out Collingwood :moustache:
Weirdly I have two teeth missing, yes I was asking for it, yet no fillings.

I'm not sure if that means I'm Collingwood royalty or not Collingwood enough?

I remember reading an article over here about 10 years ago quoting the police that the rates of Domestic Violence were about 6 times higher on a Saturday if the All Blacks lost. Made me stop and think. Never really took sports that seriously again tbh.
Humanity hey.

'It's only sport' is very much my philosophy when it comes to these things mate...which until a few short years ago, was the only sane position a Richmond supporter could take. ;)
