Yeah, was between Roberts and Jones for my pick too. Still some good names on the board.
Felt real lucky to see Roberts there. Was originally looking at him with 28-30 so I guess thanks everyone for letting him slide to me.

Is it usual to see so much trading mid draft in this league. I love the action personally. Even over the off season their was a lot of moves even if you exclude my 21 or so trades I was involved in.
Welcome to the next team of the century CHF in JVR, Wombats are delighted to welcome him in and the players have all been texting him making him feel welcome. We expect a conservative estimate of 1100 goals in Wombat colours over the next 15 years for him, a low number because it will take a couple years for him to break into this Melb side. 
Edit. Our recruiters had this planned all along when passing on Jye Amiss at 12, i had my doubts and had called a number of them into my office regarding passing on him but their plan worked out, smart recruiting...

Yep, live trading during the draft has been happening for awhile now in this league, and is fairly popular! I think a league is only as good as the trade action, and this one is pretty healthy.
Speaking of id like to make another trade around here and since i have no picks left i may have to trade a player unless trading board members is allowed?
