If North get given Sanders I can see them going straight for McKercher and a bid coming at 3 or 4.

IF they do that they must be given the option of:
A) Folding
B) Relocating to Tassie.

Absolutely piss poor list management. They need a KPF & KPD more than another mid/forward; who has to compete with other first round mid forwards for playing time.

Absolutely baffles me why they're still going for mids especially with Corr essentially their only defender but all the mail is they want the tassie combo.

Will Phillips Tom Powell Jason Horne-Francis George Wardlaw Colby McKercher is the last piece of the puzzle

Walter is one of the scariest prospects I’ve seen in the whole time I have been watching junior footy, his best against the same competition level was like watching a prime Usain Bolt in a race against a group of senior citizens

Fair to say I believe he should probably be the one to be called out for pick one come draft night

Agree he should be the No 1 pick, but not sure he will be given clubs tend to be a bit relaxed for father/son academy players.

Reid's upside probably should be in question since I don't think he's really improved much from last year.

Suns are going to make out like bandits. We need to see if we can work out something to take advantage of the situation. Cut a deal for their 1st pick and maybe Hollands?

Really warming to Sanders. Like the way he moves, hunts the ball and has really nice skills. Has the potential to be our Libba replacement.

North better not get him pre-listed.

IF, we were able to get a third first round pick. Sanders, Wilson and O'Sullivan, I would be doing everything I can do land those three. An inside bull, a good inside and outside player, plus a solid lock down defender. Will cover three holes.

Connor O'Sullivan looks like he could be the real deal
And Ollie Murphy. Like them both.
2024 appears to be a very midfielder-heavy draft so we can't count out KPDs this year.

That would be the ideal. Our 2 first rounders for there first and hollands.
We're going to need Gold Coast to finish the season strongly if we are any chance to trade for their pick. It quite possibly will be pick 4 which we would be lucky to balance with our two first rounders and second.

Still in need of a Jones replacement so if we could grab either O'Sullivan's or Murphy would take them now. Then they could have a year or 2 to learn from Jones before he is done

Sorry for dropping in guys. I currently work with someone related to Caiden Cleary. They know I take an interest in AFL and noted to me today that Caiden had a 2 hour meeting with you guys last week, and apparently it went extremely well.

Not much, but thought I'd pass it on.

Cleary is part of the Swans Academy. A little on him from the NAB Championships

"A midfielder whose ferocious attack on the ball, Cleary showed excellent speed and courage as well as clean hands, playing both on the inside and outside during the national championships. He averaged 29.2 disposals, 11.2 contested possessions and laid a team-high average of 6.8 tackles. Also showed a preparedness to work hard to run and support teammates, demonstrated by an average of 12.5 handball receives across four matches."

Cleary is a Swans academy, does that mean they can just take him or does the first 40 picks rule apply to them as well?

Yeah pretty much exactly what we need. Assume the Swans would match a bid for him, sadly.
