Worst result though for the trick which should be deleted though - they’ll still have it flagged in their systems and no one went big with 5+ to at least make hay while sun was shining

BOYS with freos def being basically an under 12s team tomoz gotta do Nick Larkey 4-6 and i am still able to do the 365 trick

4-6 @6, 12, 29

Pearce and Ryan still there (Ryan is very capable of playing tall) , it would be the mediums/smalls that could get away curtis/Duursma etc

Taberner 5+ @ $46 sb - Will most likely be matched up on Toby Pink and it's fair to say Tobes struggled big time in round 1. Don't think Tabs has the fitness to run up and down the ground anymore so hopefully they just plonk him in the square.

I like your thinking, the problem I see is that in the preseason threads on the freo board they were saying how Taberner looked slow as a treacle and immobile, fourth in the pecking order of tall forwards now, break glass in case of emergency type stuff.

Also, I've been watching North closely for 20 years now and consider myself a more objective critic of the team than most North supporters.

Last week was the first time in years that the team seemed like they were capable of playing genuinely good footy.

The structures held up, they moved the ball well, and most importantly there were players on every line who were up for the contest and seemed to actually care if they won or lost and were willing to stick their necks out to move the ball on and take the game on.

I wouldn't be surprised if they beat Freo by 5+ goals tomorrow.

Especially if Freo plan to park Taberner forward, north has the firepower now to run off him and attack on every turnover / rebound 50. It could be a slaughter on the counter. And North have several forwards who could turn up and kick five (but don't have the consistency across a season to be considered a genuinely dangerous / finals worthy forwardline).

What I'm saying is, if I were going to bet on an out of the box 5 goal haul, I'd be looking at North forwards, not Taberner.

Based on my record so far this season (and since about Rd 4 2023) this means you should LOAD UP on Taberner / Freo 👍
