When you're only allowed 30, adding "top" is unnecessarily confusing

How would they know he'd struggle in a big city without living in one before? Why is a "big city" going to be a problem compared to a smaller one??

Easily distracted and teams not liking the people he hangs around with? possibly even impressionable and could easily get caught up in stuff teams dont want players around.

Or really craves attention and its easy to cover up that in small places, but in big places he would need to do bigger stuff to get the same attention which also leads to bigger issues.
