Yes agreed - definitely has improved this year. Running kicking a lot better on the outside

It’s only 1 game, but Williams has to be one of the first picked for the crumbing forward role (seems he’s the only one that positions himself in dangerous positions in preparation for the fall of the ball)

Looked like a conscious effort to get on with it today.

We were all over them all game.

Poor kicking (4.9) and horrible delivery I50 kept them in the game till we dropped a few gears in Q3 and another gear again in Q4.

Gold Coast were in good form, don't forget that.

We have to persist with Kempy, bringing Marchy back for 3 games before he gets injured again is not worth interrupting Kemp's continuity. He will be a mainstay in this side if fit and healthy.

Well, I wasn't stressed at any point, so that's a plus. On the other hand, boy did they get some arsy goals late to trim the margin down some.

I'm still frustrated that we keep finding ways to go to ground when we shouldn't, but the win is good to get.

Learnt a few things today: Williams as a forward is a tick; Fog makes both Hollands significantly better; Fog, Kemp, Gov, Walsh, Saad, and the Hollands makes us much, much faster across the ground; Kemp is now best 22, even when Marchbank is fit; Charlie still isn't right, but he's learning resiliance; one ruck, thanks; still overreliant on Cripps/Walsh, need the other mids to do more.
