Have you seen Wawson in action? If so, pass the eye test?

I haven't, purely going him for the fact that he's a warm body and has helpful DPP. Means I can use one of the better mid/fwd bench options to cover my defensive line later in the year if needed.

Flexibility super important at the pointy end.

Have you seen Wawson in action? If so, pass the eye test?

He’s got some strong qualities but he’s a very young and inexperienced tall who has spent the week training as a fwd, a position he hasn’t played in all year.

Suffice to say, I got him last week out of trading necessity. But what the future holds for his scoring, I’m not sure anyone can confidently say.

Oh he'll almost certainly be shit, but the DPP/bubble/already had his bye makes him pretty much a no-brainer. Leaves Dowling as an option for next week too, as we're not getting a heap of new rooks atm (Hutchison has the bye next week).
