Surely Cumdog is top of that 2nd group
Yeah missed him. Think if he played 2nd half of year he might be in top group.

Top echelon ? It's a weak draftI’m a huge fan and have been super impressed by his continued improvement but it’s clear there is a top echelon in this draft now that has Uwland, Patterson, Duursma, CDT, Annable and Robey. The 2nd group is probably led by Sharp and XT.

Which one?Nice profile pic.
No it's an even moderate draft. There's no Sam Lalors ,Murphy Reids or Harly Reids.Don't think it's a weak draft just not a deep draft.

The top 3 picks this year would be picks after pick 12 in last years draft.
Sharp is a gun, but not seen to have the traits we are looking for, mostly speed, and maybe that spearing kick. He’s an ok kick but not his strength. Robey is similar but has more versatility and X factor. Not sure why you think he has terrible foot skills. Can someone please explain why whenever Dyson Sharp's name is brought up, people automatically critique his kicking (even though if you actually look at the output, it's actually quite good).. however no one seems to say anything about Sullivan Robey's terrible foot skills..?
Sharp > Robey.
I do find it a little funny that everyone is getting very excited about Grilj’s testing times and seemingly not at all excited about a 200cm ruckman with very similar testing times
I’ve been off selecting a ruckman too early but those times are crazy
It's well known, that in comparison to other drafts, that this is a below average draft.Last year's draft was fantastic and above the norm. Doesn't mean this year's isn't any good.
You’re the bloke with a Palestine flag in his profile picture and “Stop the genocide” in your tag. This is a football forum.Delete that or I'll report it. It's a football thread
Really nothing else to say stick to football he didn't mention a word and his entitled to display that pictureGo worry about the genocide instead of the strength of this draft
Maybe , I'd prefer something like 7 and 16/future pickIf Carlton gets pick 11 off Sydney would we consider trading 3 for 10 & 11?
Would get Carlton ahead of the Dean pick and give us 2 cracks at that next rung of players, XT, Grjl, Farrow, Dovaston, Lindsay etc.. Whose likely to be left at those picks?
Yeah crazy to go after Ross. Stengle requested a trade to Adelaide though, there's a real Mandela effect about us delisting him.I will give you RCD... and Dow and Sonsie would have to do something special next year to be following him out the door but too early on Gibcus and Ross was a pick in the 40s so that is actually a success story
Delisting Stengle and taking Aarts in his place from our VFL has to be the biggest fail of our list management though.
Speaking of Holmes ... his brother is in this draft isn't he?
