Taylor and Grlj for mine. Too often blokes like Robey ride the wave of a few good games and teams get thirsty.
When have Grlj or Taylor reached the heights of Robeys games?

If CDT is Luke Jackson then huge win to whomever gets him. Jackson is not a great contested mark either, but when playing ruck he's a deadset freak.

If he's Josh Fraser then would be disappointed to spend a top-3 pick, but Fraser did play 218 games, so not a disaster in a weak draft.

If he's Josh Schache then heads will roll.
He’s neither Schache or Fraser. Much quicker than either of those 2. Extremely mobile. Could easily be the best talent in the draft. Moves superbly for a tall. Has good skills.

You would take Taylor before you take Grlj with our picks.
It will be extremely disappointing if we take either Taylor or Grlj at pick 3.
Regardless of the action prior to our pick. If we don’t take CDT or Robey then our recruiting staff need looking at.

Would be happy with any combo of Robey, CDT, Sharp with our current picks.

I like Grlj a lot, but 4's a bit early for him. Hopefully both Essendon and Melbourne really want whoever's left at 4 and we can slide it out a bit and still take him.
No brainer if were confident he'll still be there if we manage to slide back but I wouldn't be upset if we used pick 4 on him, it's barely a reach.

WC-Tigers should make a STATEMENT.
PICK 1 ANNABEL
PICK 2 UWLAND
PICK 3 PATTERSON
PICK 4 DEAN
PICK 5 DURSMA
PICK 6 CDT
PICK 7 SHARP
PICK 8 ROBEY
PICK 9 CUMMINGS
PICK 10 GYRL
Headlines premiers -gcs top 6 clubs get top 3 juniors
I would rather pick #1 Dean
Pick #2 Uwland
Pick#3 Patterson

Put as much pressure on carlton as possible to blow their attempts of getting Walker next year

We're debating over kids who would be hard pressed to land in the top 10 last year though.
The only player of this year who could stake a claim because of his year is Sharp.
Wish to god this years was nearly as good.
That statement right there is the reason we should take Sharp

Tigerbob with the good oil on that one the other day.

As a rule of thumb, if tigerbob says something, it’s worth while listening.
I agree with that, but also, if we’re leaking it’s quite likely to throw other teams off.

Bo Allen comes to mind.
We then have pick 15 and 38 (or what ever they are now with all the matched bids). With 4 spots left on our list and 2 now taken I can see us using our last pick on Kellaway irrespective of whether a bid comes because we will take an extra player that might fall early with Essendons pick they gave us from Gold Coast.
Or trade it back like we’ve done in recent drafts.

Carlton have the points to secure Walker regardless. Their own pick 1 plus they’ll let Walsh go as a FA and the compo will suffice.

HS Phantom has us bidding on Patterson, Annable and Dean before drafting Robey and Taylor. Grlj is the other player in the mix, but we're the only club inside the top 10 with any interest.

They've got us bidding on WC academy kid Tylah Williams at our third pick, before taking Leon Kickett. Apparently we were the club pushing for him to be included at the national combine, which is why they've linked us here.

Apology accepted Morro :flushed:

Kickett seems like a good fit for us. He's more of a stay at home small forward with good goal sense, speed, tackle pressure and leap.

Our other smalls are better suited to roaming up the ground.
He can play up the ground too, no issues at all there.

Twoomey also said that clubs picking in the 30's this year will be selecting players they have ranked in the low 20's which was good to hear.
If thats the case it seems likely we would take LK as a rookie.
Or we rate Kickett in the 20's. Keeping in mind there will be heaps of players in consensus 10-30 lists that clubs don't rate for reasons x, y, z.
