11 u22 apparently.Exactly.
Eight first or second year players played last night, I believe.
That's the light at the end of the tunnel.
Essendon 8

If it was said during the match coverage - Triple M don’t upload their games.Just got back from a long walk. Was listening to Carlton Port on MMM.
BT, Brayshaw, Smith and Kate McCarthey all doubled down on how confident Joey was yesterday. Almost as if he knew something.
botts is going to be FUMINGIf it was said during the match coverage - Triple M don’t upload their games.
So we won’t hear it
They only upload their pre game “rubs” and it’s not there

Apparently everyone is SA knows Nas is going to Port, and nobody at Saints or his manager know, if that’s true, massively poor form from the kid, and I doubt it’ll be a happy farewell if that’s the case

At least I'm on this planet unlike you, maybe when you grow up you will come down from fairy land Mr Litigator
Not sure if I’d call dockers being in the wilderness (at least not in st kinda terms), they were 3 years into a rebuild (from 17 wins in 2015) when they lost him, and 3 years after they started a season that would end with 15.5 wins, half a game behind 2nd on the ladder, serial under performers since then and other trades had greater impact.Dockers the only ones not premiers. Dockers have spent years in the wilderness since that. We've had 2 years in the top 8 in 14 years, it's going to be a massive commercial hit for us.
In some ways turning one player into multiples fast tracks improvement but sets us firmly back into a mediocrity cycle. Nas is the type that wins finals and flags- irreplaceable.
We probably get a couple of promising kids and a future draft pick so fast track the build in a way but also go backwards short term and more mediocre long term unless we arse another star by some luck.
Going by probability, we have uncovered one star player since Riewoldt in 2000. The only other actualised A grade young talent on the list is Hall. Nearly every other kid has gone backwards apart from Windhager, Boxshall and Dodson.
Wilson, Phillipou, Owens, Caminiti, Tauru, Travaglia, Ari etc have dropped off after early promise. LOC and Keeler probably improved too but to a lesser extent.
Well after the big win over PA today, the most likely outcome is that they will at the end of the H&A finish above us.
Which is good draft pick wise, as the Blues FA Compo pick will be after our pick.
But if Nas departs, then it also means that PA will finish below us. Their % is terrible, so even if they win and we lose, they will stay under us. So that may mean that threat of PSD is stronger than if we had finished above them, and that may influence trade negotiations. It is probably best for St Kilda that Nas nominates the Crows if he goes.

Yes. But his coverage started at 7. Bounce was 7:20.What Joey said last night was about 15 min before our game started.
Schoey on your boot? with that one.I would delist a lot before Shoey.
Carrol, Boyd, Cordy, McLennan, Jones, Dow, Collard (trade), Henry. I dont think Shoey is in any danger but dumber things have happened under SOS's list management.
Schoey on your boot? with that one.
Reckon he gets 1 more year.
Unless he can add contesting one on one to his repertoire,
don't think he makes it.
SA are 50 years behind. It will be a while before they know what NAS is doing. Not even SA know what's going on
Better we finish below them bc of extra compo pick.Good that Port are getting their arse kicked right now. But I just can not enjoy Carlton winning. Whatever the circumstances.
I smile plenty mate, just because I see some things differently to some on here I'm grumpy, well so be it , maybe I should just follow and be a sheep so a few precious sooks don't have an episodeJust abit of ball busting, you old grump. I hope you smile at least when Nas re-signs on his monster deal.
Unless someone can find MMMs game coverage. We won’t hear it.I posted this at 7.10 pm in the car. I think I posted within 5 min of Joey saying it.

stavro#4 So if they don't post anything coverage related, I guess it wont be out there.
Said in infinite jest but plausible.Alright, new coping mechanism unlocked.
NAS has signed an absolutely monster deal with the Saints. 25m over 12 years or whatever that b**lsh*t Harley Reid offer was. Everyone desperately trying to keep it under wraps. Nas awkward as hell in interviews cos he’s about to be the richest bloke in AFL history.
I now choose to read every inconsequential word, side eye, body position, hand gesture from all stakeholders through this lens. Happy days.![]()

I dont rate him at all, we would do better playing Shoenmaker in the role. Another Gubby Allan special, if Aleer is the best key defender he can find we are in serious trouble.
And if Essendon fc rabble beats Carlton fc rabble by 1 point like I predict, then.Well after the big win over PA today, the most likely outcome is that they will at the end of the H&A finish above us.
