Would Eagles give up pick 2 for Chad Warner?

Even if they got token later picks back?

A lot were complaining about not being linked to anybody before McVee chose us. I think it’s quiet enjoyable having no best 25 player leave or retirements we haven’t already covered for 2 seasons in a row.

Hardly any teams will escape with this happening and our age profile means we get better.

And of course add their two top 10 academy picks on top of that
But but we need academies!!
Coz non qld players don’t want to come here!!!

Remember the catastrophic event event that was the go home 5???

Waaaaaa!!!!

The entire comp will be paying for this shit for the nxt 10 yrs coz the greedy fukn AFL and their nepo babies- that’s including brissie

Going to be a case of the old saying of too many cooks in the kitchen. JUH will blow everything up

I certainly hope so, because this is shaping up as QLD domination right when our window is supposed to be open.

I hope GC force out Humphrey and Walter to some struggling clubs, and JUH goes on a neverending bender and Petracca turns into old age Fyfe.

it's going to be pretty grim for those who stay

It is a back to bare bones rebuilding if Trac, May, Oliver, Lever and McVee all leave in this trade period. Quite a few years of pain to endure for those who stay or are drafted in.
Richmond have had a quicker than expected turn around after a massive scorched earth rebuild so that may be the best way to go. Richmond still a long way to go but doing better than North and Eagles atm.
Melbourne will be reasonably confident the AFL will help out if things go pear shaped too.

..and Max Gawn will be 34 before the season starts next.

Richmond still have an experienced midfield.

Taranto, Hopper, Nankervis make a big difference.

Not sure Melbourne have that.

I assume Humphrey only wants to go to Victoria?

You’d lob pick 11 in front of GC in a flash

It would seem that way. Shame, as Humphrey would be perfect for our team. The main thing I think we lack is a power midfield/forward with genuine goal kicking ability.

Pick 11 is not nearly enough. I'd add our F1 (still might not be enough) and if we missed out on Robinson, then so be it.

Won’t that be lovely? They blow the whole joint up deliberately except for Kozzie Pickett, then in three years when they’ve been Eagles level shit here comes the AFL on a white horse throwing free picks about just when Tassie are around so our first drifts out to pick 78
