The trade officially:
“The Hawks have moved picks 9, 31, 42 and 43 to Carlton in exchange for pick 10 and 22 from the Blues.”

So pick 22 was quite a cost.

This Trade Period is/has been red hot garbage, it's like a Temu version of the Twilight Zone that has zero charm or even B Grade movie/show fun - just meaningless pick swaps, cut-price "bad bwoy" players and junket galore. Feels like a Mandela Effect has swept through, the clubs looking to offload players for pick 74, 103; 254 or whatever. About as exciting a politically correct remake of 'Driller Killer'.
