l didnt look at level 3 as l wasn't interested.

Not sure if it's the same but i had the situation last year where I had 2 different accounts connected to the same email address. One for the club and a separate one for Ticketmaster. The accounts kept getting confused and i had to ring the club to sort it out. All working ok so far this year. It was to do with how they link your ID in the background.

Yeah, it must be something like that. I was able to get in eventually by deleting my web history and logging into Ticketmaster again

I used to go to these every time but I've missed the last couple. Got tired of shelling out a huge reserved seat price to another club that is making money hand over fist whilst sitting in an awful seat.

After years in the same lvl 1 front row seats, my daughter and I finally made the move to Lvl 2 (too many games next to a couple of numpties).

Shout out to the membership team who went over and above this week, calling several other members in the same (front) row, so that they could shimmy together what was the last 2 x individual, separate seats.

I have the good friday tickets I need but gee that app is the pits.

Went to log in. The North app is showing that I have tickets reserved for all of the replacement games so far (not sure how or when that happened but I won't argue) but if course, I need to book a seat for GF.

I also want to book a seat for my 88 year old F-i-L. So I get his unique code number and proceed from the email that has mine.

My app had to be updated.

Then it won't accept the password. So I do the forgot password thing. That seems to have worked. Enter new password...

Ooops. Something went wrong.

Try again.

Same thing.

I may have quit every app at that stage and went to try again. Three dots cycling. Getting nowhere at all.

Realised that the authentication is in a browser and I am using Brave. Close everything again.

Change default browser to chrome.

Repeat the process. This works.

I enter our unique codes when prompted.

Ticketmaster wants credit card details (says "don't worry you won't be charged"). Enter the name and address as prompted, even though the details were already visible in the My Account panel.

No credit card number was required.

Weird.

Click through about 5 or 6 screens.

Tickets finally showed up.

I only mentioned all of this in case someone else is using a better browser than chrome or Microsoft edge and is having a problem.

FFS Ticketmaster. You suck badly.



PS: My father in law is not travelling too well and after all of this, who knows if he will be up for the match come Good Friday???

This password thing has to be a known issue. Every single year come start of season I have to reset my password to get anything to work - irrespective of whether I know the password or not. Crap system and I'm still having issues from when the logins were merged because the genius team at Ticketmaster / AFL obviously didn't realise the possibility that a person might have an account with Ticketmaster & the club separately with the same email prior to the merge - it obviously broke things that should never be broken.

We usually do. You will know when those with auto renew crack it about the cheaper deals that day.

They're the same account now apparently.

The main issue seems to be where people had the two accounts prior with the same email address.

I'm in row 2, and I sit behind a group of old chook North supporters.

Unfortunately these old birds are grumpy as hell, and although I admire their passion for North, I don't admire the way they seem to feel egregiously offended anytime my 5 year old daughter wants to go up to the fence to try and get a high five from the mascots as they walk around the grounds.
