If you're selecting Neale as the sub you're clearly worried about his ability to get through the game.

That in itself might be the answer to whether he should be playing or not.

As it stands now they aren't making an early "tactical" sub (unless the game is all but lost) and he's unlikely to see much game time unless an injury strikes.
