Yep Harris Andrews played a legendary game.Midfielders medal mk2 should have been won by Harris Andrews. Impassable today.

HH and Reef McInnes have shown signs. All the players you mention as theoretically improving our position are yet to truly make their stamp on the VFL let alone AFL.
Would have preferred a Cats win. The Lions were a bit off for most of this year, but they're a big chance of a three-peat.
Losing Ah Chee and Starcevic will hurt the Lions a little bit. Good players probably on minimal coin.

I like the Lions win.
We will get tired of how good they are in a couple of years though. It's scary.

JDG and McCreery not full throttle inside mids. They have enormous skills on the outside.McCreery Long and JDG not big enough?
It’s a bit more tolerable than Carlton, Hawthorn, Richmond or Essendon dominating for years on end.I like the Lions win.

Biggest ****ing sook going.Geez Chris Scott is a poor loser.
Bit rich for him to whinge about the sub rule.
Why didn’t the Cats sub Cameron out when they suspected he broke his arm in the 3rd quarter?
Lions activated their sub at half time.
Lions also lost Starcevich to concussion in the 3rd quarter and played a man down on the bench.
All I saw was a tactical error by Scott and the Cats by subbing out a healthy player and continuing with an injured ineffective player.
Don't worry...there will be several who can't get a game, and that's when we snag them.Helps when you have Berry, Coleman, Doedee, Answerth, Payne, Hipwood, Allen and Draper to potentially bring in to that side...kinda scary tbh

Pies may have stopped a Lions 4-peat next year.
Lions will be a stronger team in 2026.
Yep, they don't look so shit hot now, do they? There is an alternate GF where we may have beaten Geelong, but we would not have beaten the Lions. We got them on their way up in ‘23, but they were outstanding today and congratulations to them.
Geelong was a mirage. So much smug crap out of that club this year - from the coach on down. The rudeness, the bratty behaviour, the arrogance. Some of their stars were completely outclassed today, and found wanting in the worse possible way.
Do they need to rebuild too?
He'll probably blame the songs after each of the goals.Cats didn't even put up a fight.
No doubt Chirs Snott will blame not having a pre-GF bye.

Do you think that Jack Martin on and Rhys Stanley remaining on the field instead would have changed anything?Geelong not subbing Cameron off was the turning point of the game. And with a grand final hiding, scars will linger over them in summer
After the disappointment of last week, this was the next best thing.
Congrats Brisbane on going back to back and winning consecutive flags in 25 years. A remarkable club
That 4-peat still very much on the cards.Pies may have stopped a Lions 4-peat next year.

It was much more enjoyable than watching us get beat in a GF.Not unhappy Geelong lost
Not happy Brisbane won and got to do back to back.
Doubt they will but hope Brisbane drop off now.
