Probably not until Tuesday. I think MRO findings will be handed down this afternoon, but I expect he'll be referred directly to the tribunal.

No not necessarily. Cases have been referred directly to the tribunal previously and only received a week. I just think it will be up to the tribunal due to the nature of the offence.
