Does the 50 whatever k figure really matter when we're still struggling to break 20k against interstate clubs at Docklands? Telling me we have 38,000+ who are overseas, regional/interstate, or unable to attend on a given gameday?

Crowd numbers matter more than membership numbers imo. The steady increase for literally everyone is rather suspicious

Contact the club. You can get them to consider that and count it as consecutive anyway.

I bought an extra $9 LDU membership this year, didn't actually end up using it, but I figured at $9 if my wife or anyone else decided to come to one of the games last minute, it wasn't a bad deal to have an extra ticket.

Just had an email from the club, they were planning on renewing it at $39 for next year, only way to cancel it was to ring the club, wait on hold, speak to someone etc.

I'm sure it is buried deep in the T&Cs that it auto-renews, but selling something for $9 then auto-renewing it for more than four times that price is pretty a sh1tting practice and disappointing from the club. Particularly not being able to cancel it myself online.

I have cancelled auto-renew on my own membership a while back and have just made them delete my credit card information again, I will renew, but I will do it when I'm ready!

With my membership, a digital membership and now this, it is hard to keep track of which memberships are auto-renew and which aren't. The website is terrible, one page told me I had no payment methods saved, another page had the last digits of my card and said it would be charged in a couple of weeks! Not great to not be able to trust the club with your credit card info!

Worth checking for anyone else bought an extra $9 membership.

Going when we get flogged every second week is hard. What's encouraging is people sticking fat and keeping memberships through the turmoil. We could be like Melbourne who lost 10% of their members this year...

In 2024 we had the best supporters to members conversion in the AFL according to Roy Morgan. A good stat as we increase on field success.

Actually received an email (well 3 of the same one, but getting there) after hopefully getting it fixed. I don't recall what this season cost for reserved seat premiership but I must say I was pretty surprised (in a good way) with the price.

I got nine of the exact same email so maybe it works on some sort of average....now will they charge me 9 times? Maybe, I mean they have charged four different people with the same surname as me to me one year..... such a professionally run outfit

That's great by the club and a good sign of our financial position. If on field results can improve, hopefully supporters return the faith and turn up.
