The following article came up in my feed - normally I wouldn't care about some delivery company in the UK that acknowledges it has a poor delivery record, except for the fact I have an item currently being shipped from the UK using this company

Literally had this issue last week, plus the added rejection of, "doesn't meet the criteria" on having to choose a new password with a minimum of 14 characters...
