After being on the late shift last week and not finishing until just after 7pm last Friday night, it felt good to be able to log off at 4.15pm tonight with 30+ calls still in the queue. :)

I used to love phishing attempts, I'd always fill everything out multiple times with nasty stuff questioning their ancestry and speculating about their mothers' sexual abilities...
At one of my jobs I had to undertake way too many annual online training courses which including things like phishing, dangerous situations, OH&S blah blah blah

The first time I did the phishing course I was answering questions with a mate in the room, and the question was "is it safe to click the link in this email from your bank" - we both looked at the email in the scenario and agreed the answer was no... "Incorrect" - that email is safe to open and click on links 🤨

The email was addressed as "Dear customer", something generic in the message and it was pretty questionable looking where I wouldn't click on it outside of work

It's the only question I got wrong across like 30 training courses so I wasn't happy

Our IT department used to bait employees with fakes to see who'd fall for it. Some of them were so ridiculous that I'd email their VP asking for harder tests. She responded "yeah, but a lot of colleagues failed, go figure."

I'd be pissed in your situation, always better safe than sorry.
