Fritsch wouldn't be a bad get.

Would reckon all of Allen, Sullivan, Ryan and Parker will need to play plenty of senior footy in 26 to get another contract. Howe and Pendles probably last season but no surprise if Sidey has another season or 2 in him after 26.

HDM and Jaith save by contracts for now but likewise need plenty of AFL time in 26 if they are to go on. Anderson also will need to be AFL relevant early if he is to make it.

Bigger issue with him is that he’s absolutely useless when his team are not in possession of the footy. It’s the same trait that was both Ollie Henry's and Ash Johnson’s downfall in this Pies side.

If he was that unaccountable, I doubt he plays every week. Modern football wouldn't allow it. We don't follow Melbourne so we wouldn't really know.

Why? He’s gonna be rich for life no matter what. He can’t simply take Josh and the rest of his family with him over there, either.

I think he might enjoy the greater limelight that comes with playing for the largest club and a club who has shown they can compete consistently and have an appetite for that.

Also, haven’t you noticed how competitive he is? You think he will want to get smacked around at an expansion club for several years?
