It's criminal we may have players like Todd play absolute topline football in a side that largely lacked the ambition to capitalise on their output.

Todd has the tank and skills of an onballer. At a solid 201cm. Could've been a legit resting forward for his career if the side had been more balanced.

His skillset is just ridiculous.

Even more criminal would be if he retired without a premiership medal.

He's one of the most elite grade ruckmen in the league and you'll never find another one like him for 10 years at least. Once in a generation type footballer.

Plenty or elite players retire without premierships. Bobby Skilton played 1 final!

Congrats Goldy. Expecting #5.

“Anyone who has kids, and I’ve got four and about to have my fifth, always has something to do with the Royal Children’s Hospital and it’s such an incredible place.

With the amount of young, raw talent coming through at the club, there’s no reason to stay at home for the clash according to Goldstein.

He says the new group of young players has given him a new outlook on football and his role within the team.

“It’s a bit daunting knowing some of these kids were three or four years old when I got drafted … there’s a lot of hope and excitement around these kids,” he said.

“I think this group of young kids is as good a group of young kids as I’ve seen come through the footy club … Ben Cunnington and I have been working together really well in trying to teach our young midfield as much as we can.

“They’ve got a lot of talent, they just need to be refined and moulded … we know it’s going to take time but we’re really excited to see the development.”

Well said. Have had a lot of dealings with the RCH over the last two years with my son and the staff have been nothing short of fantastic.
