I've lamented the lack of urgency we've displayed off field.
Bolts want's a high performance team and that is easier with a high performance administration.
I think if the standards he sets for the team could be implemented throughout the organisation we'd not only have a degree of on-field success but we could once again be a football power.
Bolts brings energy. Trigg and MLG are better than Sticks and Swann (i think)in this regard, but we will want to be the most competitive club, in any sport, in Australia.
That's were we should be aiming.
