I believe we have reached the stage where Will is now a fixture in the defence, like Wicksy. The only way Melican gets back is injury or if we decide to play 3 talls.

It's still a bit early to make that call but it's getting harder to deny. Love the bloke. A monster defender. Intimidating in size. And strangely good at handling the ball for a guy of his size.

Proved to me he can play under pressure too. Made that good pass to chad in the last and made some aggressive and smart plays.

He's emerged at exactly the right time and just what we needed. Particularly when McCartin,. Rampe and Melican are down.
