From all accounts Chappy has agreed to terms, but pen has yet to hit paper - and that's only likely to happen when he's formally delisted by Geelong (1st November).

I'd agree with that. I can understand if we can't actually announce the signing until the 1st of November, but waiting for everything in general is really wearing thin.

I'm with you there. They could just announce an intention to sign chapman as a delisted free agent. It would help increase supporters morale and with memberships on sale now there isn't much point waiting.

After the year we have just been through I would like to think the club would want to show that we are still a big club which can still attract players.
