I hear what your saying mopsy, Miles would get a game in most sides just not ours and that's due to his our team balance, his strengths we don't need yet his weaknesses do, he is a 1 trick pony and his trick is spread evenly amongst others.

Incorrect

If Miles would get a game in most sides then these sides would have taken him last trade period , He was offered up to any good home for a packet of chips and nobody even enquired about him.

Whilst he does get the ball alot he is a butcher with it and his disposal is shocking at VFL level and as slow as they come, I have watched a fair bit of VFL and he really is a good vfl footballer but a dinasour at AFL level - Game has really past him

Just because a deal was not done does not mean there was no interest.
I know two clubs were in fact interested but chose to go other ways or a deal could not be worked out.
I don't agree that he's washed up at AFL .... but respect your opinion and right to one.
What no one has ever explained to me is why he is seemingly the only player on our list, who can't either improve his game or get better???? Why is he pigeon-holed as 'that all he has'?
Several on our list have gotten better with age, have they not?
I would back Miles in to play a very good game if given the call-up.

I thought the golden rule on Tiger BF was :

Whilst a player is on our list there is still hope for him even if he's Hampsonesque and once they're delisted then you kick the shit out of them.

When did the rules change?
Absolutely 100% as far as I'm concerned.

When your first name began with Corey! ;)

I loved Anthony Miles and the way he played a couple of years ago and he gave his all and got alot of the ball
The main problems i see with miles is his disposal is terrible and he burns the ball a hell of alot,Im not looking at any stats or numbers just going by what i seen him at VFL level. I know he gets sat on and there is always a player up his backside at any given moment but even when he does have time its shocking.

His lack of pace and ability to run defensively is also a massive concern, Can he fix this ? Who knows but its been 2 years and still same
I think he would have been a great mid 10 years ago but will be lucky to get another deal, Really hope a team picks him up as he is a very good footballer but no longer suited to our team

I think you overestimate most clubs , many are guilty of making Cluster **** decisions year on year. I can recall the lions passed on astbury a few seasons back for one

Tried to do a bit too much on a ew occasions but given his ability to break tackles and break the lines I can only assume he's been given a license.

Hopefully with more continuity he will regain his composure.

Thought he was solid and looking more confident with each game. 21 disposals 6 tackles, was a bit quiet in the middle but good early on. Great mark when it counted in the last running back with the flight. Can't quite understand the knockers on today's game... granted he isn't Cotchin.

Yep, good in close. It just turns to sh!t for him when he over thinks it and doesn't give the first option which for him should be a handball .
Turns to shit?? Was clean all day and his disposal although not that creative, it was pretty safe. i.e. no stupid turnovers or clangers.
