At least he has the opposite problem to many Collingwood players (past and present), who's 'action faces' actually make them appear less "unfortunate" than their resting faces do.

Didn’t mind him pre draft, saw some question marks. Rookie is the right spot.
The kid is very much growing on me. Mad Blue, footy nuffie. Looks like he has a bit of scope to add an inch or two. Late birthday(28th Nov), will be a slow burn, but that is absolutely no problem. Our half backs all have at least a couple of years in them, so early opportunity not likely. Have to get games in to Cowan anyway.

Key point. Is 18 all next season. Super young needs a full 2 or 3 seasons before we get a read on Matt Carrol as an AFL senior footballer
