The Sixers definitely need the second import we've been scouting for a while now, hopefully in the near future we'll be able to secure him and boost our scoring power. The problem for us of course is we're not allowed the same leverage with the salary cap given to the Kings....

It was sweet QT, best part was when some guys sitting behind us shouted out "Lowery Stinks" and put up a banner of the same name, when the Hawk guard went to the line. He promptly missed the first foul shot. It was so good to see Lowery put in a stinker and have his team comfortably beaten by a superior Sixers outfit.

Farley kept us in it in the first half and helped out with some tough "D" in the second, while Maher got hot and scorched 20+ points in the final 24 min. Good contributions by the rest of the guys as well, and our team defence was real solid tonight.

Yes, not a bad win, good to see the boys play some reasonable basketball, though we still have some way to go before we'll see our best. I think once we get that second import you'll the Sixers really play some good basketball and be able to contend with the top Melbourne and Sydney teams.

Nevertheless a solid win by our guys and hopefully we can hit our straps in time for Sydney's visit next Saturday.....nothing like beating the salary capless Kings.
